Overview
At Iron Man Lab, every collectible is handcrafted and made-to-order. Because of this, we do not offer refunds or cancellations once production has begun.
However, you are fully protected if your product arrives damaged, defective, or is lost in transit.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or not functioning as described, please contact us within 10 days of delivery at support@iron-manlab.com
Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos or videos showing the defect.
Once reviewed, our support team will provide instructions for return or replacement.
Approved refunds or replacements are processed promptly after the returned item is received and inspected at our facility.
Lost or Missing Packages
If tracking has not updated for more than 10 days, contact our team for assistance.
If the carrier confirms your package as lost, you will receive either a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.
Note: Iron Man Lab is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses entered at checkout.
Non-Refundable Orders
All custom-built and personalized helmets are final sale once production has started.
Refunds or cancellations cannot be offered for any reason including:
- Change of mind or design preference.
- Shipping or carrier delays.
- Minor paint/decal or color tone differences due to the hand-finishing process.
- Orders placed with incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. (please contact us as soon as possible so we can correct it before shipment if your order hasn’t been processed yet)
- Size or fit concerns. All helmets are one-size-fits-all and fit head circumferences up to 26 inches, as stated prior to purchase
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.
- All returns must be approved in writing before shipping back to us.
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Once received, returned items are inspected within 3–5 business days, and approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product was damaged or defective upon arrival.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable once your order has been processed and shipped.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and taxes required by their local authorities.
Iron Man Lab cannot control or predict these fees and is not liable for delays due to customs processing.
Lost or Stolen Packages (Post-Delivery)
Once a package is marked Delivered by the shipping carrier (UPS/USPS/FedEx), Iron Man Lab is no longer responsible for the package.
We do not provide refunds, replacements, or credits for packages that are stolen or go missing after the carrier confirms delivery.
If theft occurs, the customer must:
- File a claim directly with the carrier
- File a police report if applicable
- Provide any video evidence to support their claim
Iron Man Lab will cooperate with the carrier’s investigation. However, refunds or replacements for orders marked as Delivered can only be issued if the carrier accepts liability for the loss. Theft occurring after delivery is not covered by the carrier and therefore cannot be refunded or replaced by Iron Man Lab.
Exceptions & Limitations
Refunds or replacements will not be granted if:
The product varies slightly in appearance as a result of the handmade process
The product shows signs of use or modification after delivery
Damage occurred due to misuse, impact, or improper handling
Dispute Resolution
Before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback, please contact our support team.
We’ll work directly with you to resolve any issue quickly and fairly.
Unauthorized chargebacks without prior communication may delay the resolution process.
