Order Processing & Payment
Orders are processed once payment has been successfully received through our secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways.

In rare cases, orders may be delayed or canceled if payment verification fails, fraud is suspected, or a product becomes unavailable.
Cancellations & Modifications
Because each helmet is custom-made, cancellations or modifications can only be accepted before production begins.
Once your order enters production, it becomes final sale.
To request a cancellation or change, contact support@iron-manlab.com immediately after placing your order.
Shipping & Delivery
Production and shipping timelines are estimates.
We cannot guarantee delivery dates and are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Tracking information will be sent automatically once your order ships.
Returns & Refunds
Our Refund & Return Policy governs all returns.
Refunds or replacements are provided only for defective, damaged, or lost items as outlined in that policy.

All products purchased from Iron Man Lab are made pursuant to a shipment contract.
This means that title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon the carrier’s delivery scan, regardless of whether the package is received, stolen, or unclaimed.
Iron Man Lab is not liable for:
- Packages stolen after delivery
- Packages delivered to the correct address but not retrieved
- Packages redirected by the customer after shipment
- Delivery issues caused by third-party carriers
Once the carrier marks an order as Delivered, any loss or theft becomes the responsibility of the customer.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising under these terms will be resolved within the appropriate courts of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
